Banana, oat, choc chip breakfast cookies

Keep yourself going until lunch with these slow release energy cookies.

Makes 8 cookies | Time 15 mins

INGREDIENTS 3 ripe bananas 180g oats 1 large tablespoon peanut butter 1 large tablespoon syrup 1 handful choc chips INSTRUCTIONS Mash up bananas and add all other ingredients and mix.

Make some balls and flatten them to make the cookies. Put on greased trays and cook in a preheated oven (200c) for about 10 mins.

Let cool, put in a box and refrigerate. You can also freeze these.
